Detailed Description

Cloud Configuration Management - Particle Ledger integration for device configuration.

Manages device configuration using Particle Ledger for offline device updates. Implements hierarchical configuration with product defaults and device-specific overrides. Uses simple manual merging logic (no external merging library).
